Happy Friday friends!! I wanted to hop on today and talk about how we spend our mornings. If you have not read “The Miracle Morning” yet I would definitely check it out. In the book they talk about the importance of how you spend your mornings and how much it can affect the rest of your day. Ever since I learned about how important mornings were I have been very intentional with how we spend them in our home.
My routine in the morning as of late includes waking up with my kiddos and making them breakfast. Then I will exercise (lately Lilah has been joining me since she has been home on Quarantine and I can’t get enough of it! How cute is her downward dog?) After exercise I will usually tidy up the house, make myself a yummy shake and then work through a bible study. Then i’ll shower & off to work I go!
Starting off each morning on a positive note has really helped my mindset throughout the day. When you challenge yourself in the morning and read something that inspires you, you will feel so much more mentally and physically stronger to get through the day. There really is nothing you can’t throw at me after a good workout that I can’t handle. Also, the workout group I am a part of is starting another 30 day challenge May 4th! Apply HERE to join us!!
