This combination right here is something I swear by during pregnancy! I used these products from start to finish with my last pregnancy and am currently stretch mark free. So, this second time around it was my go-to when I found out that we were expecting again. I just mix the two products together and lather it on anywhere that seems to stretch during pregnancy. For me that includes my belly, love handles, breasts and hips. I apply them in the morning when I get out of the shower and also at night before I go to bed. You don’t need a lot either, I just scoop out some of the belly butter and then squirt two pumps of the Belli Oil onto my hand and that seems to do the trick.
The first time I was pregnant I tried and researched so many different lotions and potions because I was so scared to get stretch marks. I found a couple of useful tips: The key is to make sure your skin stays hydrated, both externally and internally. I religiously applied these lotions morning and night to make sure my skin stayed hydrated externally. Also, make sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day, this keeps you internally hydrated.
This combination is so simple that I had to share it again. I hope you love it as much as I do and p.s. the Belli oil smells delicious too!
Happy Monday!
