Ingredients

pecan halves
1/2
cup
Truvia baking blend
1/2
tablespoon
cinnamon
1/2
tablespoon
vanilla extract
3/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
water

egg white
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
Grease one baking sheet.
In a small bowl mix together the Truvia blend, cinnamon and salt. Set to the side.
In a large bowl, mix the egg white, water and vanilla together with a small whisk until it forms a frothy mixture.
Then add the pecans to the egg white mixture and toss until they are all evenly coated.
Then sprinkle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the pecans while stirring until all the pecans are evenly coated.
Spread the nuts out onto the baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour while stirring the nuts every 15 minutes.
Let the pecans sit for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
